All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other content provided through our online piano courses, are the property of Mark Stawman Piano and are protected by copyright laws. You may only use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your participation in the online piano course.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Mark Stawman Piano reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms of use.

Asynchronous piano lessons

The teaching days are Monday – Thursday, so videos will be made between these days.

Students should leave up to 72 hours after sending their video to receive a reply.

Videos sent between Thursday and Sunday will be watched the following week.

No asynchronous piano lessons will be given during the following dates:

22 March – 7 April 2024

21 – 30 June 2024

Videos should be sent via https://wetransfer.com to  info@markstawmanpiano.com.

Asynchronous piano lessons be taken within one year of purchase. 

Packages for asynchronous piano lessons are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that packages or individual asynchronous piano lessons are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

    • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

    • You must demonstrate that you have engaged with the course material and made an effort to benefit from the content before requesting a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved:

    • We will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

    • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund has been processed.

4. Exceptions

Please note that certain conditions may apply:

    • Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired.

    • No refunds will be given for any additional services, such as private lessons, asynchronous lessons or consultation fees, that may have been purchased in conjunction with the online course.
